surprisingly pleasant stay
helpful staff convenient location modern decor
the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially claire and saskia. i found the location quite convenient for accessing the city centre. the modern decor and cleanliness were noticeable. i appreciated the ease of exploring the central area with its shops and bars within walking distance.
the breakfast finishing time at 9:30 am felt a bit early.

The location was PERFECT. I found the reception staff to be very cute. The breakfast was GOOD!!!
The bathroom was not very clean. There was no power in the shower. The bedroom was dusty and the carpet had stains.

small room wasted time
i booked a snug room. it was TINY. i had received emails requesting to check in before. i did this, but the hotel asked for the same information again. THE emails system doesn't forward the information. so much time WAS wasted.

The breakfast was excellent. there was a wide range of choices, including gluten free cornflakes. the room was clean and spacious too. i thought staff were helpful. They took the time to answer questions, even during a busy period.
the bathroom door did not open properly. it was stopped by the bath. also, the tiles on the floor were cracked.

friendly staff quiet room coffee facilities
i found the staff very friendly and ready to help with everything. my room was quiet, it was away from the main areas. the room had plenty of space and included great tea and coffee.
i saw several bags of laundry that was blocking a corridor near a fire exit. also, my hairdryer didn't work at all. breakfast felt pretty basic overall.
